Cakes

Pagosa Baking Company makes our cakes to order.  Please call 970-264-9348 48 hours in advance to order one of our standard sizes:

• 6″ cake serves 5 to 7 people
• 8″ cake serves 10 to 12 people
• 10″ cake serves 15 to 18 people

We make larger cakes to serve as many folks as you would like to serve!  Please contact us at least a week in advance to place your order for a large cake.

Cake Flavors;

• German Chocolate Cake – chocolate cake filled with pecan and coconut custard, iced in chocolate butter cream
• Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese filling and icing
• Lemon Raspberry Cake – vanilla cake filled with our housemade lemon curd and raspberry jam, iced in lemon butter cream
• Hazelnut Ganache – vanilla butter cake filled with ganache and hazelnut butter cream, iced in hazelnut butter cream
• Vanilla or Chocolate butter cake filled and iced with Vanilla or Chocolate butter cream
